Mothering Sunday falls on Laetare Sunday - the midway point between the start of Lent and Easter Sunday.
We celebrate Mass with a splash of rose pink and of joy in thanksgiving to God for all Mothers and especially Mary mother of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Come and join us for a happy mid point on our way to the Cross and beyond

Palm Sunday, we begin with a short procession with palms to celebrate the entry of Jesus into Jerusalem
Then we hear the passion of Christ - his trial and crucifixion
Moving from Joy to solenmity this marks the beginning of Holy week and we have Mass to nourish our souls for this time ahead.
