Welcome to Thaxted Parish Church, an active and friendly Christian community, with a tradition of Anglo Catholic worship, in a wonderful church building.
We are open for all and would welcome you to one of our services. Maybe try our "Open Doors" all age service on the first Sunday of every month at 10am or come along to our regular Sunday 11am Sung Mass on other Sundays. We also have a Said Mass every Wednesday morning at 10am.
Thaxted Parish Church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Chelmsford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs.
