Come and join us tomorrow 6 August as we celebrate the great feast of the Transfiguration of Our Lord at our morning service. Jesus' transfiguration happens just before his Passion and Death, and the fact that he is seen talking with Moses and Elijah shows his disciples and us that he is lord of time and space. When before the Sanhedrin he tells the high priest '.. hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven', echoing the prophet Daniel's vision of the Son of Man being given everlasting dominion over all peoples, nations and languages.
