Holy Communion for the Second Sunday of Lent: celebrant the Revd Adetola Badejo.

First reading: Genesis 12: 1-4a
Gospel: John 3: 1-17

The readings today are about journeys, both literal and metaphorical. Abraham is called to travel to a different country, and in so doing sets out on a journey of faith. Physically, Nicodemus stays where he already was, in the centre of the Jewish religious community, but he also has to be open to radical transformation.
