Electoral and Community Rolls

We are currently in the process of preparing a new electoral roll for The Cathedral Church of St Martin, Leicester.

In accordance with statutes, a new roll must be prepared every 6 years. Please find on our website notice of the preparation of the new roll (Form 3), along with application forms for the Electoral Roll and Community Roll.

Please note that every person who wishes to have his or her name entered on the new roll, whether it is entered on the present roll or not, is requested to fill out a fresh application form.

Being on the Electoral Roll enables you to vote at the Cathedral's Annual General Meeting and to participate in the election of Cathedral Community Chapter Members.

If you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Electoral Roll, we would like to invite you to consider being on the Cathedral Community roll. You cannot be on both; it is one or the other. The Community Roll is for everyone who is part of the Cathedral Community and not eligible for the Electoral Roll. Being part of the Community Roll means you are qualified to vote alongside electoral roll

members when Cathedral Community Chapter Members are elected.

All forms must be returned by 12.00pm on Monday 15 September 2025 to be eligible for the roll.

The Roll will be published on Friday 19 September 2025, and will be available to review on request at the Welcome Desk in the Cathedral.
