We are thrilled to announce that we’ve raised a remarkable total of £1,804! If my calculations are correct, this means £451 will go towards the church restoration fund, while £1,353 will support Knit-a-Square in South Africa! The knitters have put in an incredible effort not only to raise this money but also to complete the 'Christmas in July squares' in festive colours of red, white, and green during our 24-hour marathon and beyond. Additionally, Penny crafted a blanket for the homeless in Plymouth during this time. We are still accepting donations, so if anyone wishes to contribute, it would be greatly appreciated! The more we get the more the street children in South Africa benefit, bringing them hope, warmth, and smiles. Donations can be made through the office at St Pancras or via Trish Gribble, Sue Maloney, or any of the knitters you know.
