We’re really excited to be kicking off our Feast of Fun events in August. This year’s theme is ‘Summer of Love – Loving God, Loving Others, Loving Ourselves’.
Our first session is on Wednesday 3rd August from 9am to 1pm and then every Wednesday in August from 9.30am-12 noon. Our last session, on the 31st August, will be a BIG CELEBRATION involving the Fit & Fed Plymouth team. We have so many fun activities planned for all the family and lunch is also included.
These are free events organised and supported by our brilliant community volunteers, Plymouth Argyle, Transforming Plymouth Together and Fit & Fed Plymouth. In addition, our weekly Community Larder 🥦🥕🍎 and TLC Café (☕️ with lots 🍰) will also be in full swing during our Feast of Fun mornings.
Please note that our first one, on the 3rd August, is a longer session starting at 9am and finishing at 1pm

Every Wednesday, in conjunction with our Community Larder, we also have our TLC Cafe (Tea with Lots of Cake) where our community volunteers welcome visitors with a tea or coffee, a biscuit or two and a friendly face.
It's an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to see what we're all about. There's always someone ready to listen and even pray with you, should this be your need. We can lend a listening ear, help discuss anything you might want to share or just have a good old chat.
We love having the chance to do this and hope that you might take the opportunity to pop in one, or more, Wednesdays, any time between 10am and 11.30am.

Our Community Larder is held every Wednesday in the church hall/café from 10-11.30am. It is a free service to the local community and is run by community volunteers. Everyone is welcome to come and see whether there is food they can use, and to sit and chat over a cuppa. The Larder is free and no referral is needed.
We are very grateful to FareShare, who provide the food and provisions. We know how valuable this resource is to so many people and are passionate to help in any way to alleviate food insecurity.
During the pandemic, with the help of lots of volunteers and Transforming Plymouth Together*, we were able to provide regular weekly food hampers to some 50+ families in the local community for some 40 weeks between Easter 2020 and Easter 2021. This represents some 30,000 meals and more than 4,800 volunteer hours.
*We are also grateful for the support provided during that time by Plymouth City Council, FareShare, Box of Hope, Tamar Fresh and Provide Devon.

The children and young people sit with their family for the beginning of the service and then leave to join in Energize activities in the church hall. Here the the children split into two groups, age 8 and below and those 9 upwards. There is also a creche available in church.

Walking Church takes place on the first Sunday of every month from 12pm-1pm, after the All Age church service. It is an event- and activity-based way of being church together. We have various events taking place throughout the churchyard and buildings, including sports and games, craft activities and a place to reflect and pray, if that's what you'd like to do.
All are welcome, it's for all ages from pre-school upwards. You don't need anything other than a willingness to join in the fun, and suitable footwear as some of the pathways in the church grounds are uneven.
We also provide a small lunch during Walking Church and some of the activities result in mementoes to take home.
There is no need to book, and of course, you're also very welcome to join us for the All Age family service beforehand, which starts at 10.30am. Don't miss out - join us and join in the fun.
