A service of Holy Communion from the 1662 Book of Common Prayer.

Join us as we join our prayers for our local community with the prayers of those who have used the traditional words of the Prayer Book at St Mary's for so many hundreds of years.

The service lasts 45 minutes and includes a brief address on the readings for the day.

The service is either Holy Communion or Morning Prayer according to "Common Worship" (the modern service book of the Church of England) with an informal service for all ages now monthly (usually 2nd Sunday of the month, but please check on these pages for details)

We are a small but friendly congregation worshipping in a beautiful village church whose origins go back over 700 years. All are most welcome: visitors or local residents, long-time churchgoers or those who are exploring their faith. We offer tea, coffee and conversation afterwards!

A traditional service of Nine Lessons and Carols, adapted for our village community. Do come and join us this Christmas Eve!

Come and celebrate with us on Christmas morning! Slightly shorter service, so plenty of time to get home for sherry, turkey etc..
