Everyone is welcome to join us for a free concert of music at the cathedral during lunchtime!

We host a variety of fantastic performers from across the country, including organists, instrumental ensembles and chamber choirs.

The recital will start at 1310 and last approximately 40 minutes.

Entry is free and donations are encouraged.

Booking is not required.

This is the cathedral choir’s final concert with Ashley Wagner as organist. It includes two exciting solo items performed by Ashley and a series of choral items recalling great occasions in Ashley’s time with the choir including the installation of our bishop, the choir’s CD A Year at Birmingham, and Ashley’s iconic performance of organ-only Messiah during the Covid pandemic.

The concert will last an hour with admission by donation to the Cathedral Music Fund.
