Youth Zone - Friday Youth Club

Youth Zone is a youth club for 11-14 year olds. 

We meet on Fridays, 5.30-7pm. We are warm, caring and safe space for young people, and we have a friendly team of youth leaders who are always around to make the children feel welcome, play games with them and chat with them. We have loads to do: table tennis, table football, a pool table, craft, lots of games and of course biscuits and squash! When weather permits, we also have the garden open, where we play football, basketball, cricket, frisbees and other lawn games. We usually finish the session with a short prayer where we pray for the young people in whatever is going on for them in their lives. We have a strict no phones policy and young people will be asked to hand in their phones on entry. We find that this helps the young people to engage with the activities, as well as interact more with each other away from the distractions of screens! 

We would love to welcome your young person to Youth Zone, where they can make friends, hang out and relax after a week of learning.

Everyone is welcome so come along and please do feel free to bring along friends and even games from home that you enjoy (eg board games/card games/footballs etc)!
