Details of services throughout Holy Week

We gather to remember the events of Palm Sunday, beginning with Jesus's arrival into Jerusalem, hearing the Passion reading and sharing in Holy Communion together.

We meet at the Dorothy Parkes Centre at 10am, or at church at 10.15am.

A short, reflective service of readings, music and hymns as we turn our faces to the cross.

A short, reflective service at 7pm on Monday 30th, Tuesday 31st March and Wednesday 1st April, walking through the events of Jesus's final days.

A Crafty Church session for all ages, exploring the events leading up to Easter. There will be things to make, do and explore for all ages, refreshments and a chance to hear the Easter story.

All are welcome; children must be accompanied by an adult throughout.

On the night when we remember Jesus kneeling at the feet of his disciples, we gather to do the same; to wash feet, to break bread, to strip the altars and to wait in silence for the coming days to unfold. Come for a short time, stay for the duration; we'd love to welcome you to share in this special part of our Easter preparations.

A gentle walk around our parish boundary, with opportunities to stop and pray for this part of God's kingdom and its people. We gather for the walk at 12noon, and return to church for the final hour, beginning from 1.45pm.

This year, we will be joining friends at Birmingham Cathedral for the Easter Vigil and confirmations, as candidates from our own parish are confirmed. Please come and support them!
