We warmly welcome everyone to our Sunday morning service, where the ringing of the church bells marks the beginning of our worship. The service features prayers, readings, an address, and hymns, with Holy Communion available for those who wish to partake. Refreshments are served in the Community Hub afterwards.

On the first Sunday of each month, we hold an All-Age Holy Communion where we encourage and celebrate participation from our younger members.

The theme of this year’s Lent Course is the Church of England’s Draw Near: Life Giving Habits for Lent, a six-week course helping us to develop habits and patterns that help us grow as followers of Christ.

All are welcome to join.

A free stay and play for parents, carers and little ones aged 0-5 years. Make friends and play, with songs, stories and snacks.

Drop in for a free tea or coffee, have a chat, and enjoy the atmosphere of our Community Hub.

11am-12pm: Seated Dance Fitness – FREE seated dance based exercise suitable for all who want to enjoy the benefits of gentle dance.

A smaller gathering, with a short, reflective service of Holy Communion. Refreshments are served afterwards in the Community Hub.

The fourth Wednesday of each month is a service of prayer for healing with anointing. In these services we will focus on praying specifically for ourselves and for those known to us who need healing at this time, as well as the healing of our communities and world.

Join us for healthy tips, good company and refreshments. The sessions are designed with over-50s in mind, but everyone is welcome.

A safe, warm, friendly place for young people aged 11-18 to socialise with a free cheese toastie and hot chocolate. There is also a variety of games, creative activities and a quiet space for homework and wellbeing.

10am-11am: Women Only Fitness Circuit Training – FREE women only exercise for all ages and abilities.

11am-12pm: Over 50’s Chatty Chairs – FREE low impact chair-based exercises for improved health, strength and mobility.

Open to everyone! Enjoy free lunch and refreshments, games, and a place to connect.

Birmingham Irish Association continue to visit our Friday Welcome Space, offering fortnightly Arts and Crafts sessions. These relaxed, creative sessions are a chance to enjoy craft activities and connect with others.

Free lunch and refreshments are available as part of Friday Welcome Space (2-4pm)

Please note that these sessions take place at the rear of the church space. There is no need to book, just turn up on the day!

The Mothers’ Union movement was founded in 1876 by Mary Sumner to support family life through faith, fellowship, and action. We have an active, all-inclusive branch here at St Barnabas, and we’d love for you to be a part of it!
