Our usual pattern is Holy Communion on the 1st and 3rd Sundays, a shorter, family friendly All-age Service on the 2nd Sunday and Service of the Word on the 4th Sunday. This may change - for example 28th May 2023 is Pentecost and we will be celebrating Holy Communion.

Nine Lessons and Carols

This traditional Carol Service is a beautiful combination of Carols, Bible Readings and Prayers, as we recall the history of God's care for and activity in the world and prepare to welcome the Christ child once again, this Christmas.

Crib Service

for 1 hour

A family-friendly way to celebrate Christmas Eve and share the joy and anticipation of the Nativity.
Together, we will re-tell the Nativity story, with (optional) participation from families. There will be some well-known Christmas songs and carols. This is an informal and relaxed service, aiming to be accessible and inclusive.

First Communion of Christmas ('Midnight Mass')

In this service we will celebrate Holy Communion together, and 'see in' Christmas Day.

Christmas Day Service of the Word

for 45 mins

We gather on Christmas Day to welcome the Christ child into our hearts and lives afresh, and celebrate the presence of God in the world.

This service is a Service of the Word, including Carols, Bible Readings, prayers and a short reflection.
