Essence

Every Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. for 2h

Stable Room
St Andrew's Histon
CB24 9EP

Essence meets every Wednesday during term time, between 9.30 and 11.30am. We usually meet in St Andrew's Impington church hall (adjacent to the church) but due to current building work, we are meeting at the Stable Rooms at Histon Church. Essence provides a space in which meaningful conversations about the Christian faith and life can take place. We explore our own stories and God's story found in the Bible, and see if the two have anything to say to one another. We provide croissants and hot drinks from 9.30am, have a discussion followed by ten minutes quiet time from 10 - 11am and then finish our morning with more hot drinks and home-made cakes. We are an inter-generational group and run a creche for pre-schoolers. All are welcome - those with faith, those with none, those with questions.
