Utilising the much loved liturgy of the Church of England's Book of Common Prayer, our early morning service offers Holy Communion each Sunday.

This is our main Sunday service and includes Sunday Club for children and young people.

Encompassing Common Worship's Service of the Word, Holy Communion and All Age Worship services, this service is a refreshing mix of Church of England liturgy alongside traditional and modern hymns and songs accompanied by the pipe organ and our worship music group. The sermon takes on a variety of formats, while the easy to follow New International Version Bible is most often used for readings.

Starting on Sunday 7 June - Trinity Sunday - we will be broadcasting a specially recorded Service of the Word, including hymns, readings, prayers and a reflection on YouTube each week at 10:45am until St John's reopens. Our first ever online service - a special recording - was held 2 weeks earlier on 24 May to mark the departure of our vicar, Rev. Dozie Moneme and is available to watch on demand now.
