Schedule of Works or Proposals
(1) Landscaping / urban realm enhancement works by Hertfordshire County Council; and (2) a new licence agreement to be made between Hertfordshire County Council and the incumbent and PCC of Elstree and Borehamwood permitting the church frontage land to be used and maintained by the County Council as if it were part of the public highway, as originally provided by a licence made in 1993.
