A Holy Communion service held on the first Wednesday of every month at 9.30am
It is the Thursday before Easter, believed to be the day when Jesus celebrated his final Passover with His disciples. Most notably, that Passover meal was when Jesus washed the feet of His disciples in an extraordinary display of humility. He then commanded them to do the same for each other.
A service where we gather in church to listen to music, Bible readings and prayers
we welcome in our Sunday mornings with Holy Communion at 8am. This is a said service with readings, prayers and a time of silence
Common Worship Service
a Service of celebration for Easter day "He is risen, He is risen indeed"
followed by Easter Egg hunt un the church grounds at 11am
A traditional Book of Common Prayer Evensong with Readings, Psalms, Hymns and Prayer.
A peaceful time to bring to your day
Evening prayers serve as a moment of reflection and connection with God at the end of the day. They allow individuals to express gratitude for the day's blessings, seek forgiveness for any wrongdoings, and ask for peace and protection during the night. This practice can help calm the mind, release worries, and foster a sense of security as one prepares for rest.
On the second Sunday of every month, we meet in the church room at 9am for breakfast and a chat, then move into the church for a short service of readings, short talk and hymns.
All Services are of course for every age and everyone is always welcome. This service is lay lead by some wonderful people. Come along and give it a go.
