One of our two Parish Ashing service. Please note that our other service is at 8pm at All Saints' Church on Putney Common
Every Tuesday at 9:45 a.m. for 20m
High Street Putney London
During term times there is a small act of worship before the St Mary's Toddler Group
This is held in the Lancaster Hall, at 9.45 am on Tuesday mornings and is followed by the St Mary's Toddler Group, and involves singing, a short bible story and some prayers. This is great fun and the toddlers love it before they play.
Our Sunday services come in two flavours: At 10.00 am there is the Parish Eucharist during which, in term-time, Sunday School groups run for children from nursery school age to year 9.
There is a creche for smaller children throughout the year and the Cromwell Room, separated from the main church by a glass wall, is set apart for babies and toddlers to play as their adults sit with them and take part in the service. We hope that the Parish Eucharist is an un-fussy but reverential communion service using traditional hymns and thought-provoking sermons to enable people to re-charge their batteries for the coming week.
Refreshments are served after the service upstairs in The Lancaster Hall except for the first Sunday of the month when we join together for coffee/ tea in the church
