What glorious weather we are having! Next week's forecast is promising too - promising a heat wave, so blue skies, sunshine and summer days are upon us.
Last weekend was such a lovely time with the open gardens in Toddington, and the fete at Westoning. People came out in strength to support the churches, which is such a blessing. Thank you so much to everyone who contributed to making the events so special.
Last weekend was also special because the Reverend Jenna Dearden, who used to be at Westoning Church, was ordained as priest at The Priory Church in Dunstable, alongside 3 other curates from different churches. The service was led by the Bishop of Bedford and was well attended. We send our heartfelt congratulations to Jenna who will continue to serve in Dunstable. Next Saturday Harlington Church will host the Nature Day (postponed from this Sunday).
We are also excited to announce the charity concerts at both Harlington Church tomorrow evening 7.00 pm and at Toddington Parish Church next Sunday 17th at 7.00 pm. Do please come along if you can and invite your friends and neighbours. Donations in aid of Ukraine.
