Whipsnade village lunch is run by volunteers, who very generously donate the profit made to our church . It is run in a new format and is hopefully more sustainable for the volunteers and is held every 4 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon at Whipsnade village hall from 12.30pm. They offer a light lunch, cakes, tea and coffee for £6.00. The dates for the next few months are; Weds 23rd October.and Weds 20th November. We will be selling tickets for the Christmas lunch, which is on Weds 18th December at the November lunch.

Said Eucharist, traditional on 1st and 4th Sundays, modern on 2nd Sunday.
Followed by coffee every Sunday

A meeting of children and young people in age groups (toddlers, children, teens) starting in church at the beginning of the 9.00 service then moving to a nearby home for activities. School terms only.

The annual Act of Remembrance takes place in Whipsnade during the service in the church (in front of the Whipsnade war memorials) on Sunday 10th November at 9am. Everyone is welcome to join in this community tribute to those men of Whipsnade who served, and in some cases died for their country.

Every other Wednesday, we hold a coffee morning at the church from 10am - 12pm. Everyone is welcome, including dogs. Come and enjoy a coffee and a chat. The dates for October are; Wednesday 2nd, Wednesday 16th and Wednesday 30th. The dates for November are Wednesday 13th and Wednesday 27th.

The group meets in the church for company, refreshments and shared crafts every four weeks on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm. Choose your project, bring it along, and one of the our many Knitters will be there to help you along your journey to achieve amazing results. The date for October is Tuesday 22nd and for November is Tuesday 19th.

On Saturday 30th November, we are holding our annual Christmas coffee morning. Come and enjoy a coffee, mince pie or a slice of cake. We will have stalls selling Christmas cards, wrapping paper and items knitted by our Knit and natter ladies, including Chritmas tree decorations and stocking fillers. We look forward to seeing you.

Our annual Christingle service is on Sunday 15th December at 9am. Christingles are given out to all and are used to share the good news of Christmas. Children are particularly welcome. The collection is for the Children's society. If you would like to help make the Christingles, please come along to the church on Saturday 14th December at 9.30am.

On Tuesday 17th December, we will be carol singing around Whipsnade Park homes to raise money for the Children's society. If you would like to join us, we will be meeting at the park office at 6.30pm. Please bring a torch and song sheets will be provided.

Come and join us at our service on Christmas eve at 6pm and Christmas Day at 9.30am and light a candle for a loved one or in remembrance of someone special.
