If you enjoy doing a jigsaw puzzle, we are running an exchange at the church. Bring along a jigsaw and exchange for another or just come and select a jigsaw and exchange it next time. The church is open during the day, so come along whenever suits you.

Service of The Word, with participation by young people.

We meet once a month on a Saturday morning 9am - 12pm, to take care of our beautiful churchyard. Our dates for the next three months are Saturday January 24th, Saturday 28th February and Saturday 21st March. We will be finishing the leaf collecting and getting the churchyard ready for Spring. All are welcome to join our team and enjoy some fresh air and exercise. Refreshments will be provided.

Said Eucharist, traditional on 1st and 4th Sundays, modern on 2nd Sunday.
Followed by coffee every Sunday

The group meets in the church for company, refreshments and shared crafts every four weeks on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm. Choose your project, bring it along, and one of the our many Knitters will be there to help you along your journey to achieve amazing results. The dates for the next few months are, Tuesday 27th January, Tuesday 24th February and Tuesday 24th March.

Whipsnade village lunch is run by volunteers, who very generously donate the profit made to our church . It is run in a new format and is hopefully more sustainable for the volunteers and is held every 4 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon at Whipsnade village hall from 12.30pm. They offer a light hot lunch, cakes, tea and coffee for £7.00. There is also a raffle. The team are taking a break in January and will be back on February 25th and March 25th.

A meeting of children and young people in age groups (toddlers, children, teens) starting in church at the beginning of the 9.00 service then moving to a nearby home for activities. School terms only.

Every other Wednesday, we hold a coffee morning at the church from 10am - 12pm. Everyone is welcome, including dogs. Come and enjoy a coffee and a chat.
Our dates for January is Wednesday 21st and for February and March are Wednesday 4th and 18th.

As a tribute to Vanessa Hornby, a greatly loved and respected former Churchwarden, her family are organising a concert in the church on Saturday 7th March 2.30pm - 4.30pm. All welcome, especially children. Refreshments will be provided and donations will go to the church and Dunstable foodbank.

At our Mothering Sunday service on Sunday 15th March, we will be distributing bunches of flowers to celebrate our mothers and all who carry out traditional mothering roles. Come along and join this celebration.

Whipsnade church will be holding a quiz on Friday 24th April in Whipsnade village hall at 7pm. Tickets are £10 per person, including a buffet selection of cheeses and pate, tables of 8.
