The group meets in the church for company, refreshments and shared crafts every four weeks on a Tuesday afternoon from 2pm - 4pm. Choose your project, bring it along, and one of the our many Knitters will be there to help you along your journey to achieve amazing results. The date for September is Tuesday 24th, and the date for October is Tuesday 22nd
Whipsnade village lunch is run by volunteers, who very generously donate the profit made to our church . It is run in a new format and is hopefully more sustainable for the volunteers and is held every 4 weeks on a Wednesday afternoon at Whipsnade village hall from 12.30pm. They offer a light lunch, cakes, tea and coffee for £6.00. The dates for the next three months are; Weds 25th September, Weds 23rd October.and Weds 20th November. We will be selling tickets for the Christmas lunch, which is Weds 18th December at the November lunch.
Every other Wednesday, we hold a coffee morning at the church from 10am - 12pm. Everyone is welcome, including dogs. Come and enjoy a coffee and a chat. The dates for September are; Wednesday 4th and Wednesday 18th. The dates for October are; Wednesday 2nd, Wednesday 16th and Wednesday 30th.
A meeting of children and young people in age groups (toddlers, children, teens) starting in church at the beginning of the 9.00 service then moving to a nearby home for activities. School terms only.
