All Saints Church

We are a small friendly Church made up from a wide cross section of this diverse community. We have many worshippers with a Caribbean background. Our parish is a majority Muslim community and we seek to work in partnership and cooperation with our friends from other faiths. Our building hosts other African churches and the hall is used by a wide variety of community groups. All Saints on Shaftesbury Rd  is where most of our worship takes place. We have another building on Harefield Rd, St Peters.

We have developed community allotments and a peace garden as ways of better engaging with our local community and our hall is well used for a variety of events. We also host a number of predominantly African churches in our buildings

As a member of a network called "inclusive church" - we strongly believe that our church is open to all irrespective of ethnic or cultural background, disability, sexual orientation or anything else. We believe we can always learn from one another walking together in the footsteps of Jesus. In the last three years we have welcomed many who are housed locally while in the UK Asylum system. The majority of these are originally from Iran and we make every effort to involve them by having materials printed in Farsi.

Every year we also have a Windrush celebration that honours those who came from the Caribbean to be part of our towns life.

If you would like to know more, please make contact or just come along to one of our services. You will be warmly welcomed.

We are always open to new things and responding to where we see God at work in our community. Perhaps you have ideas for new ways we can be church in our setting!?
