Are you on the St Giles Church Electoral Roll?

We will be revising our church Electoral Roll in the next few weeks. If you worship at St Giles regularly or occasionally, or at Café Church, and would like your name on the Roll, please download the form below (or collect an application form from the church). If you are not sure if you are already enrolled, you will be able to check against a list to be made available in church.

Please post your completed form into the letter box at the church porch or give it to Jan Raper.
