We are pleased to announce that the Revd Dr Christie Gilfeather, currently Assistant Curate in the Welwyn team, has been appointed as Curate in Charge of St Giles, Codicote. As you may be aware, this is a part time role and so Christie will remain as Assistant Curate in the wider Welwyn Team, continuing to serve at St Michael’s Wolmer Green as she has for the past two years, alongside her responsibilities at St Giles, until the end of her three year curacy. In the late summer of 2025, Christie will be licensed as Team Vicar of Codicote and will also be pursuing academic work and teaching alongside parish ministry. Please remember Christie and Ryan, as well as the people of Woolmer Green and Codicote, in your prayers. We are delighted that they are continuing their ministry within the Team.

Dates and arrangements will be confirmed in due course, but it is expected that Christie and Ryan will move to the Vicarage at Codicote in the summer.
