St John’s@3 Light Party Brilliant for children and families!

St John’s@3 is our informal, all-age gathering on some Sunday afternoons — a relaxed time of worship, stories, crafts, activities and cake, designed for children, young people, families, and anyone who doesn’t fancy sitting still in a pew!
This month we’re having a Light Party. As the afternoons grow darker, come and join us for a bright and joyful time together, with games, crafts, songs, activities, tasty treats and plenty of fun.
It’s a celebration of light, hope and friendship for the whole community.
Everyone is welcome — whether you come regularly or it’s your very first time. We’d love to see you!

Welcome to our Church.

We are situated in the village of Lemsford, which is situated between Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield, adjacent to Brocket Hall. Our beautiful church has served the parish for over 150 years. We are a warm, welcoming and friendly church and seek to share the love of God in all that we do.

Whether you would like to join us for worship, or are thinking about having a special event here, such as a wedding or baptism, we would be delighted to see you at one of our services or social events for a chat. Otherwise please feel free to contact us by email.

The parish of Lemsford is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.
