After the success of last year's event, we are holding another South African Braai at St John the Baptist. Come and enjoy boerewors followed by melktert, washed down with fabulous South African wine.

After the success of the VE Day celebration tea at St John the Baptist Church, the Churchwardens have decided to repeat this for VJ Day on 17th August from 2.30 to 4.30pm. If any of you have relatives who didn't return from the war until August or later, and if you have details of their war history including photos that you are happy to share, please do get in touch.

Bike 'n' Hike is a fun day out where you get sponsored to visit beautiful historic churches by cycling, walking, or any mode of transport on a route of your choice.

Take part and help your church – half of what you raise goes to your local church!

We also have a Bike 'n' Hike Family Map for you! Sign up & collect or print a specially designed Family Map for a circular route between our three churches. Route starts at any of the churches and can be done on foot or bike. Our three churches will be open for pit stops along the way!
