Music and Worship

Here at St. Margaret's, we have a talented group of bellringers. If you're already a keen bellringer or interested in exploring the art of bellringing, and you would like to join our bellringing team, please contact our Tower Captain, Charles, for further details: [email protected] or 07709 949527.

Coffee Concerts are held between March - November on the fourth Friday of every month between 1.15 - 2.00pm. There is a wide programme of music to enjoy, with a different performer each month. There are also refreshments served before and afterwards. Visit the St. Margaret's website for further details: www.stmargaretslowestoft.co.uk.

The fine organ at St. Margaret's was built by Forster & Andrews in 1871 and considerably enlarged by Hill, Norman & Beard in 1937. It is used regularly for church services, weddings, baptisms, funerals, as well as recitals.

There is an excellent four-part SATB robed choir at St. Margaret's Church, who help lead the Sung Eucharist Service each Sunday morning, as well as for Choral Evensong, other evening services and at special events too.
