Join us in church to participate in a range of activities - cleaning and odd jobs etc - after which we gather together at around 10.15am for refreshments and a chat/catch-up. All ages and abilities are welcome, there’s always something for everyone!

A said Eucharist with a short reflective homily.

Teaching to help speakers of other languages improve their English, with guidance and support available. Refreshments are provided to take away.

café Church is a drop-in coffee and cake time, with listening and prayer available if desired. Many people find this a great social event, and new people are always made very welcome. It’s a chance to get out, meet people, chat, drink good quality coffee and tea, nibble on excellent homemade cakes, scones, etc, and have fun. People of all ages attend, and all are very welcome.

An after school gathering for primary aged children (with their parents or carers) for food, fun and faith

A gentle day walk on the second Saturday each month, starting out from St Peter’s Church and driving to the start point. (Lifts usually available!) in summer we bring a packed lunch, in winter we usually find a suitable hostelry for refreshments.
Plans for forthcoming dates are published in the parish magazine, along with reflections on recent trips.

Sung Eucharist and Sermon, using Common Worship. The worship offered is dignified but welcoming. The church choir perform an anthem during communion.

Book of Common Prayer Choral Evensong. The Choir choir sing an anthem.

Occasionally A Carol Service or Bereavement Service will replace Evensong.

An Informal service for toddlers and carers with action songs, Bible Story and music. Followed by tea/coffee and play.
