Join us for this non-Eucharistic service of prayers and hymns to mark the Feast of All Souls. This is an opportunity to remember your departed loved ones by lighting a candle as their names are read aloud. All are welcome and warmly invited to stay after the service for hot drinks, cake and biscuits. To submit the name of a loved one to be read at the service, please contact Churchwarden Krista Ovist at [email protected].

St Barnabas, Southfields

St Barnabas is an inclusive church in the heart of Southfields. It aims to be a place of welcome for people of every age and background, where a thoughtful and rooted faith can be found. In the liberal catholic tradition of the Church of England, we offer a place of worship that is both traditional and contemporary, with hymns, short sermons and an invitation to Holy Communion (receiving bread and wine) that allows for contemplative prayer and stillness. St Barnabas is a church for everyone seeking meaning and spiritual connection.  We welcome families with young children to all our services, with a children's activity table, toy baskets, Sunday School once a month, and a children's service at 9.30am on the first Sunday of the month.

We are easy to find at 146 Lavenham Road, SW18 5EP, on the corner of Lavenham and Merton Roads.  Walk up Lavenham Road to find the entrance to the church.

St Barnabas is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs.
