St Anne's

Welcome to St Anne’s Church, Bagshot – a friendly and inclusive community at the heart of our village. We’re a traditional Anglican church which values liturgy, yet with a relaxed, down-to-earth spirit, where people of all ages and backgrounds are warmly welcomed. Our services range from traditional Communion to informal Messy Church, embracing both reverence and joy, music and quiet reflection.

Alongside our care for one another we hold a genuine care for creation, reflected in our Eco-Church initiatives and community projects. Whether you’re seeking a place to pray, connect, or simply belong, you’ll find an open door and a friendly face at St Anne’s.

From Sunday services to social events, there are many ways to share in the life of St Anne’s. We love celebrating baptisms and weddings and are privileged to help people bid farewell at funerals. The church is also open daily for quiet prayer or reflection, or simply to enjoy its beauty.

Everyone is welcome to come along, take part, or simply see what we’re about. If you'd like to find out more about us then do take a look at the rest of this website or feel free to contact us with any questions you might have, we'd love to hear from you.

Safeguarding

Our parish of St Anne's Bagshot is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Guildford’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Helen Perry ([email protected]), or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor Jackie Broadfoot ([email protected]). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
