Free flow play for the children in the hall at St Marks Church (and the garden in the warmer months).
Craft, play dough, a fruit snack time, finishing with a singing session.

We know how tired and hungry you can get after a long day of school so we even have free snacks including toast, fruit, biscuits, milkshakes, and squash.

We are open to all young people in school years 5 to 6. Come and hang out with your friends and make new ones!

Your first session is free and then it's £1 per session.

Join us for a fun Halloween alternative for children in school years R to 6 (ages 4 to 11) on Friday 31st October from 4pm to 5.30pm at Busbridge Church, Brighton Road. £5 per child, payment by card now or offline (please do get in touch if the cost is an issue as we don't want it to prevent anyone from coming).

Come dressed in bright colours!

All are most warmly welcome to this reflective, said Communion service in the splendour of our ancient church building in the heart of Godalming. The service uses the traditional Book of Common Prayer liturgy, and is followed by a communal breakfast

Steeped in tradition and accompanied by the robed Minster Choir, the service follows Common Worship liturgy for communion and makes the most of the fine organ and traditional building.

There is no need to sign up, just come along and join us to worship at Brighton Road - Busbridge Church.

An informal service of contemporary worship led by a worship group and making creative use of modern media.
The Contemporary congregation celebrates Holy Communion on 2nd Sundays of the month.

There are children's groups for 2-11s running at the same time.

The Youth join the First Sunday of the month.

It includes songs, readings, prayers and a talk with time for reflection.

The SIX will be a refreshed service, still contemporary and charismatic, but now with particular vision to reach youth and young adults.
People of any age will be welcome!

Group for Toddlers and parents to stay and play.

Drop in for a coffee or cup of tea on Mondays at the Yew Tree Café where a member of the Prime Time team will be looking forward to welcome you, and other members and friends will be there to chat. A lovely start to the week.

Cost: £1 per family per session.

Our ABC toddler groups are co-ordinated by the church for the community and surrounding area. Each group is run by our 0-3s worker, Sophia Barnes - with some enthusiastic parents!

We hope you will find the groups relaxing, enjoyable and a lovely way to start new friendships and find support as you share your experience of bringing up a young family. Come and have a cup of coffee while your children play and get to know other children in a happy environment.

Crafty Christmas at Franklyn Road
Free event

Kick off Christmas with a relaxed, family-friendly afternoon for everyone in the community. We'll have simple, fun, high quality Christmas crafts for adults and kids (with an adult helping). There'll be easy makes for grown-ups, and a couple of non-crafty activities, including a kids Christmas movie too, if glue sticks aren't your thing. Expect a warm, welcoming space, plenty of festive cheer, and some free seasonal refreshments.

Whether you're brilliant at crafts or can't even wrap a present straight – you'll fit right in.

Mini Santa Makers
A quick, child-friendly craft (about 10 minutes) where little ones can make their own Santa from simple bits and pieces. Perfect for small hands and big imaginations.

Yule Log Candle Centrepieces
A 30-minute festive make: decorate a small wooden log with a candle and seasonal trimmings to take home as a cosy Christmas table centrepiece.

Homemade Truffle Gift Boxes
Shape chocolate truffles and pack them into a handmade gift box in this sweet 20-minute workshop — ideal as a simple gift for someone special.

Seasonal Nature Craft
A relaxed 30-minute make inspired by winter nature, likely involving pine cones and natural materials. Great for adults and older children.

Paper Doves of Peace
A gentle 15-minute craft using simple kits to create Christmas doves. These will decorate the hall through December and can be collected at our Dress-Up Nativity on Christmas Eve.

Pom-Pom Pud Tree Decorations
A fun 15–20 minute activity where children and families can make their own mini Christmas-pudding pom-pom for the tree.

Scrap-Card Wreath Making
A creative, open-ended 30-minute workshop using scrap card and leftover craft bits to design your own unique wreath.

Please book your spot so we can plan materials and refreshments. We'll ask you for two preferences but you should be able to do more depending on who comes.

It's free to attend, and if you'd like to make a donation on the day, that's completely up to you.
