This is not a counselling service, and it is non-judgemental, it is merely a cuppa with others.

The Good Shepherd

CHARD'S ANGLO-CATHOLIC CHURCH

We celebrate Mass every Sunday at 9:45am and we extend a warm welcome to anyone wishing to join us. Children and families are always welcome and there is a children's area with toys and other resources.

Our services are also live-streamed on Facebook and, if you are unable to tune in live, you can watch them on catch up on our Vimeo page: Church of the Good Shepherd (vimeo.com)

In addition to our services, we regularly hold concerts and other events in the church.

Our Priest in Charge is Fr Julian Laurence SSC and we are also blessed with a wonderful team of retired clergy.

We are a parish affiliated to The Society

We receive pastoral oversight from the Bishop of Oswestry.

Our parish of Chard the Good Shepherd Furnham is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Bath & Wells safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
