We will combine the pleasure of breakfast with some practical input on wellbeing.

Join for a dynamic workshop led by experienced professionals:

 * Sonja Stark - Coach and Counselor
 * Gustavo Garrett - Physiotherapist
 * Paul Vrolijk – former chaplain Holy Trinity, Founder of Christilience and ICF Coach
God cares immensely about your physical, spiritual, emotional, and mental health. We will look at ways how we can grow in each area.

We are a vibrant, multi-national church of all ages, worshipping together in English. Although we are an evangelical Anglican church, the majority come from different church backgrounds but are drawn to us for the clear Bible teaching and vibrant worship that is at the heart of our community life. 

Our vision is to be an inviting community, welcoming people to know Jesus Christ, equipping them to live and serve, and sending them to proclaim His love.
