Facilities and features

Accessibility

We have five car parking spaces at the front of the building reserved for the infirm and/or handicapped worshippers. Otherwise we are located in a residential area with plenty of parking in the surrounding streets.

There are no steps to gain entry or within the building.

We are very used to welcoming wheel chair users and we provide assistance to navigate the small ridge at the entrance doors. Once inside it is very easy for wheel chair users to access all the rooms in the building.

Gluten free biscuits and/or cake can be available on request. Gluten free wafers are always available for the Holy Communion

Assistance dogs are very welcome without restrictions.

Toilet facilities are available inside and a very few steps from the church hall and adjacent to the fellowship rooms.

We are autism and asperger aware and we have a strong Safeguarding ethos to help the needs of vulnerable people and ensure their comfort when on church premises

We are dementia aware and have a strong Safeguarding ethos to help the needs of vulnerable people.

We do not have a car park or off street parking but we are located in a residential area with plenty of parking in the surrounding streets.

We have been 'paperless' for several years and all prayers, bible texts and words to the hymns are projected onto a screen over the altar. If you require large print please ask in advance of arrival.

Our Building

Toilet facilities are available a very few steps from the church hall and adjacent to the fellowship rooms.

There is no public telephone but please speak to one of our 'welcomers' at the main door or speak to one of our Wardens or committee members. If you need to make a call in an emergency then please do not hesitate to ask and someone will be able to assist
