Today, Monday 1st June 2020, the Revd Patrick Irwin, was licensed as Chaplain (Interim Minister) of the Church of St Nicolas. Due to current travel restrictions, the British Ambassador, Sir Dominick Chilcott KCMG, acted as Bishop's Commissary and presented Father Patrick with the Bishop's Licence after he had declared his loyalty to the Church of England and sworn allegiance to HM The Queen and canonical obedience to the Bishop.
