Sunday May 18th is the date for our Annual Meetings. There will be a short Service of the Word in church at 10am and then we shall have our Annual Parishioners meeting, followed directly by our Annual Parochial Church Meeting. This is an opportunity to hear about the life of the church during the past month.

St Andrew Chardstock


St Andrews is a beautiful Victorian village church. We are a small but welcoming community in the East Devon countryside serving the village of Chardstock and surrounding hamlets. We are part of the Axe Valley Mission Community. We generally have three services a month, a Communion Service on the second and fourth Sundays in the month (both at 10am, and a Book of Common Prayer Evensong (6pm) on the third. We have a monthly coffee morning at 11am on the third Tuesday of the month. We also have a well-used community bookstall. Our lady chapel is set up as a prayer space for quiet prayer and contemplation. The church itself is popular for weddings and is used for occasional concerts and serves as a hub for village events.
