It's a quieter month than most in terms of activities; a slower time is good for us all. However, some highlights to draw your attention to:
Payhembury Patronal Festival - Sun 16th August

• joint parishes service - 11am
• all welcome

Lydia Cook’s departure Lydia leaves our mission community in August to take up a new post in September in the parish of St Luke’s & Christ Church Chelsea
Sun 16th August - Lydia Cook’s final Sundaythis is unfortunately the same day as our Payhembury Patronal Festival

• service at 10.30am - Ottery parish church
• buffet lunch afterwards

Anyone who wishes to join the lunch after the Payhembury service or otherwise is very welcome. There will be plenty of food available.
