The annual event of Chinnor Cross Walk will take place as normal on Good Friday 3rd April. The initial starting point is the Village Centre, setting off at 10.00 am. 2026 sees a different kind of Cross Walk. It will be visiting 11 Stations of the Cross. Paintings done by local artists and children of the village, will be on display around the village and will be the stopping points for the cross walk this year.

The ‘Stations’ depict the journey taken by Jesus from his arrest, through Jerusalem to the cross. The paintings will be in the village from Wednesday 1st April to Wednesday 8th April so if you are unable to join the cross walk you still will be able to see the paintings.
