A church at the heart of the community with the community at its heart - all are welcome here.

Based on Rider Haggard Road, the church building is just a short walk from both Heartsease Primary Academy and Open Academy.

We are told that we are a friendly and welcoming church, and we hope that you will find that to be true.

As Christ’s Church set in the middle of the parish we seek to serve, we are working out how to love God and love our neighbours as we love ourselves – please come and join us on the journey!

Sunday service: 10:30 am

Coffee & Chat is open every Thursday from 10am – 12noon

Safeguarding

Our parish of Heartsease: St Francis is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Norwich’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO (click the "more info" button below).

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO: James (Huggy) Knott or deputy Ian Jones on 07769427457, or the Diocesan Safeguarding Team at: [email protected] 01603 882345.
