🐾🚲 Bring your pets, bring your bikes, and join us for a joyful celebration of St Francis!

The first of two special days celebrating the life of St Francis, our patron saint—known for his simple lifestyle, love of creation, and care for all living things.

We like to think that if Francis had owned a bike, he'd have kept it running for years! That's why our Bike Kitchen will be open from 10am–1pm, offering free repairs, maintenance tips, and friendly advice.

❤️ At 11am, we'll be holding an outdoor Pet Blessing. Bring your pets along, or if they're happier at home, bring a photo instead. You're also welcome to bring a photo of a much-loved pet who is no longer with us—or even a favourite soft toy.

☕ Refreshments will be available throughout the morning.

Everyone is welcome—come and celebrate community, creation, and the enduring spirit of St Francis with us!

St Francis, Heartsease

A church at the heart of the community with the community at its heart - all are welcome here.

Based on Rider Haggard Road, the church building is just a short walk from both Heartsease Primary Academy and Open Academy.

We are told that we are a friendly and welcoming church, and we hope that you will find that to be true.

As Christ’s Church set in the middle of the parish we seek to serve, we are working out how to love God and love our neighbours as we love ourselves – please come and join us on the journey!

Coffee & Chat is open every Thursday from 10am – 12noon
