All Saints' Sunday is what's known as a Principal Feast in the Church year, when the proper colour for church fabrics and the priest's vestments are gold/white. We're marking it with the 9.30am Holy Communion at Marystowe as well as the 11am at Dunterton. There is a gravel path at Marystowe, with level access from the back of the church by the schoolroom. Do let us know if you would like assistance. The Holy Communion itself is open to all whose custom it is to receive in their own church. If you require Gluten Free, do either let us know in advance or bring your own small piece of bread in a bit of tin foil and we will gladly consecrate it for you separately from the rest in the service. Refreshments available after the service.

Marystowe Parish Church of St Mary the Blessed Virgin

The regular services at Marystowe Parish Church are Holy Communion at 9.30am on the first Sunday of each month, and Morning Praise at 9.30am on the third Sunday of each month. The South Tamar Mission Community is a group of 4 Church of England parishes with 6 historic church buildings. You can find us in the rolling farmland of the Tamar Valley AONB, broadly between the River Tamar and the River Lyd. We have 2 primary schools in the area, and our schools volunteers also work in another on our borders. All our volunteers have DBS checks and undergo regular safeguarding training. We also have a strong pastoral team who work with people in local residential care settings, and trained Anna Chaplains specialising in spiritual support for the older age range. As well as a strong team of volunteers, we have a full time vicar - Priest-in-Charge, Reverend Gill George. She is supported by our Local Lay Minister, Richard Searight, and a retired priest, Revd Canon Tim Thompson.
