Following on from our successful Alpha Course Introductory Supper, the course commences on Thursday 22 January, continuing through until Thursday 19 March.

All ages are welcome to join the Family Service at 11.00am on the 4th Sunday of each month.

Wellspring is a midweek morning meeting of people who enjoy being part of an informal Christian community. It’s a place where faith grows, where deep friendships are formed, and the ups and downs of life can be shared.

We aim to provide a sociable and relaxed morning with members coming from different denominations and different villages up and down the Chalke Valley. Includes sung worship, a Christian speaker, and a half hour coffee and cake break with a lot of chatting!.

Wellspring has the blessing of The Chalke Valley Clergy Team

All are welcome to join the Parish Communion service from the Book of Common Worship held at 9.30am on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

Craft and cake return to The Barker Room. All are welcome to join in - just turn up!

Lee Abbey is set on the spectacular North Devon Coast, in the Exmoor National Park. It is a Christian Community which provides retreats and holidays in a Christian setting. Each year, the Chalke Valley Benefice arranges a weekend away at this beautiful place. You are most welcome to join us.

This is an opportunity to see your old friends and meet some new ones, a happy, fun and inclusive atmosphere, good food, stunning scenery and a chance to think about faith. You can be as involved in all the activities as you wish or just take the opportunity to relax and be with friends.

We welcome everyone - and it is for all the family - some families come with three generations. So invite your friends and family, and let’s make this our 15th year a very special weekend. We are hoping to have 110 people in the main house.
