The door at St Michael and All Angels’ Church in Shalbourne is always open, highlighting our aim of welcoming everyone to learn about the Christian faith. Visitors have the chance to explore a building used for worship since the 13th century, at any time of day – something clearly appreciated and reflected in the comments book.

Ham: All Saints

All Saints’ is a prayerful place, a cherished heart for the life and witness of the village. Whether you are young, old or in between you are very warmly welcomed to join our services, many of which are traditional in character. A well supported Walk of Witness on Good Friday and a packed Christmas morning service at All Saints’ with a young people’s band are particular features. Both Ham and Buttermere are small communities with big hearts witnessed daily in quiet acts of kindness and love.

Burbage: All Saints

We are a warm, welcoming community with a healthy, strong and committed core of members. We have developed services to appeal to a wide range of people, including “Café Church” held in the Village Hall.

Chute: St Nicolas

St Nicolas' is a friendly, welcoming church. The building is always open during the day for visitors and for quiet reflection.

There are informal services on the first four Sundays of every month, with refreshments and chat afterwards.

Children are always welcome.

East Grafton: St Nicholas

The congregation of St Nicholas at East Grafton consists of a small number of dedicated, friendly and welcoming people who are keen to grow the church. We are looking for new ways and initiatives to achieve this, and particularly to attract the younger generation.

Savernake Forest: St Katharine's

If you want to worship in glorious Savernake Forest, St Katharine’s Church is for you! We welcome everyone, regardless of background or culture, offering a mix of services with emphasis on traditional forms. We enjoy a reputation for staging high-quality festivals that are open to all and look to provide services in fresh ways, such as Celtic Evensongs.

St Katharine's is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Salisbury’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. Little Bedwyn: St Michael

The congregation is small, faithful and they care deeply for their local community. The church family is friendly and welcoming. Since the average age is rising steadily we are very keen to attract families with young children to join us. We value the support and encouragement of the community to explore new ideas and initiatives to achieve this.

Tidcombe: St Michael

Open all day, every day and enabling Christian worship throughout the year, St Michael’s Tidcombe provides a beautiful and historic setting for Christian worship and celebration, as well as a centre of sanctuary, peace and contemplation for all who visit.

Great Bedwyn: St Mary

Great Bedwyn is a large church in a rural area, with foundations back to Saxon times. The Church, built around 1110 was restored in the Victorian era. There are numerous historic monuments, crusaders tombs and the Sir John Seymour Tomb (Henry VIII's father in law). We also have a Grade II Walker organ and six bells, one of the heaviest rings in the county.

Collingbourne Kingston: St Mary

The beautiful medieval church of St Mary at Collingbourne Kingston dates to the 12th century and was originally dedicated to St John the Baptist. Inside you will find the imposing canopied tomb of Sir Gabriel Pile (d. 1626), one of only three eight‑poster tombs in Wiltshire. The church provides for traditional worship, with three services every month. Concerts, lectures and other activities take place in the church throughout the year.
