The roll of honour and two minutes silence will be observed at the Swyre War Memorial on the coast road at 11am on 9 November. The remembrance service will start ahead of this at 10.45 in the church at Swyre, before walking across to the Memorial. The service will then resume at the church afterwards, followed by coffee.
People are most welcome to join in for all or part of this service.

A service of Holy Communion, usually accompanied by hymns.

Come along to a more informal service -for this month on the third Sunday - at Portesham Village Hall.
There will be mix of singing (using the Songs of Fellowship books) readings, prayer and reflections and maybe some discussion. Activities for children will be set up and the afternoon ends with Community Cake! Everyone is welcome - come along and try it out.

This small and friendly group meets regularly to practise Christian contemplative prayer and meditation together.
Come as a visitor or a regular attendee.
Coffee will be served at the end, around 11am.
