A group for parents and toddlers meeting in the church every Monday and Wednesday morning. Time to explore a wide range of toys, story time with a drink and biscuit for children and coffee for parents, singing. This group fills up quickly at times so it's worth coming promptly!

An opportunity to reflect and re-set in the middle of the week.
Come from 3:30 for a cup of tea with the Open Doors (over-50's) group, or at 4pm for the service.

The Saturday morning incarnation of our popular Little Fish toddler group. Toys, activities, story, singing... and a bacon sandwich! For parents, carers, babies and toddlers.

Our Intergenerational Service, Connect, will, in December, take the form of an Instant, Interactive Nativity. Come and join the fun! No costumes needed; we will be making headgear to represent our characters. Breakfast is served before the service, from 10.15am.

For many of us, Christmas begins with the carol service. Come and enjoy singing your favourite carols, and hear again the wonderful story of the birth of Jesus Christ for us. Stay behind at the end for mince pies, mulled wine or coffee and tea.

A reflective service of Holy Communion for Sunday evening.
Come from 4:30pm for tea and cake, or at 5:15pm for worship. This service will not take place in December but will resume in January 2023.

This is your opportunity to dress up (children and adults!) and place yourself in the nativity story. A short, interactive service for all the family on Christmas Eve. Don't spend money on a costume - we have plenty! Refreshments will be served after the service.

This is the service for those who seek a quiet place of reflection and prayer in the midst of the busyness of the season! Come to sing well-known carols, to reflect on familiar words from John's gospel and to share together the first Communion of Christmas Day.

A lively, one-hour Communion service for all ages. Come to sing carols, listen to the Christmas story told in a way that will appeal to children and adults, and share Communion together. Following tradition at HTSJ, there may well also be a special surprise item...
