APCM and Annual Meeting of Parisioners 12th April 2026

Occurring
for 1 hour, 30 mins
Venue
Frindsbury: All Saints
Address
Church Green Frindsbury Rochester, ME2 4HE, United Kingdom

The PCC has agreed our Annual Meeting of Parishioners and Annual Parochial Council Meeting (APCM) will take place on 12th April 2026 within the 10.00am service of All Age Worship at All Saints. There will be no service at St. Philip & St. James, Upnor on this date.

We will have elections for:

Churchwardens, PCC Members and Deanery Synod Members: In this parish, PCC members are elected each year. Currently under the Church Representation Rules we have to agree that Readers become, ex officio, members of the PCC.

Please note that all those standing for election must be on the Electoral Roll and prepared to sign a ‘Fit and Proper Person’ form and complete the necessary declaration to enable a DBS check. If you have any questions regarding this, please see Sue Jones, PCC Secretary or email the church office.

Electoral Roll: The revision of our Electoral Roll will take place from 13th – 27th March 2026.  The new roll will be published on Saturday 28th March.  The Electoral Roll is our church membership list - being on the roll allows you to stand as a church officer and to vote at the APCM. Most of you will already be on the existing roll and therefore do not need to complete a new form, but please check the list at the back of our churches and advise of any changes. To join the roll, please complete a form (at the back of each church) and pass to Andrew Whiteley, Electoral Roll Officer, or Jen, Parish Administrator.  Forms need to be returned by 2pm, 12th March, please. These can be sent electronically if required.

Upnor: St Philip & St James

You are welcome to join us for Sunday services of worship at 8.30am. (1st, 3rd Sundays are Holy Communion with 1st Book of Common Prayer(BCP); 2nd & 4th Sundays Morning Prayer). 5th Sundays are Holy Communion and alternate between our churches (usually Frindsbury colder months, Upnor warmer months). This information will be updated on this website and on our church website.

You will find details of our regular events on these pages. Do email for more information.
