Roger, Bishop of Colchester is coming to St Stephens!

Occurring
Sunday 30 November 2025 Sunday at for 1 hour, 15 mins
Venue
St Stephens, Great Wigborough
Address
St Stephens Lane Great Wigborough Colchester, CO5 7RL, United Kingdom

On Sunday 30th November 2025 Bishop Roger will be coming to lead worship at our 11am service of Holy Communion. Bishop Roger will also be blessing our newly reordered chancel and wedding kneelers made by members of our congregation in memory of Alex, our former churchwarden.

At this service we will also be collecting toys for the Salvation Army to distribute to families in the Colchester area in need. They need to be new and unwrapped. This is so that the Salvation Army can ensure they are good condition and are given to young people of suitable age/ gender.

Do come along and meet Bishop Roger, hear him preach and later view our reordered chancel over seasonal refreshments.

Everyone in the community and beyond will be most welcome, whether you are regular church goer or not.
