St Peter

Dear Virtual Church Visitor,

There are no regular services at St Peter's. Normally there are only services celebrating special annual events in the church year such as Christmas and Easter. You are welcome to join the congregation at any of the other churches in the Lyn Mission Community.

Despite the relaxation of government restrictions, Covid cases are currently very high in North Devon. We would ask those attending services to continue to take sensible precautions.

The Diocesan procedure for safeguarding has recently changed and you will find details here.

You can find the latest Mission Community Newsletter in the News and Notices menu under Notice Sheets.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Trentishoe: St Peter's is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Exeter’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Sam White, 07726776653 or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (Details in the link below). If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
