At this year's Back in Time Event, we are planning a focus on all things Victorian to take place at the church on Bank Holiday Monday 31st August 1.30 - 5.30 pm. There will be a 'sewing bee' inviting people to enter any needlepoint, cross stitch, embroidery or lace that they or their ancestors have made. We will also have a Victorian exhibition, treasure hunt, entertainment, Bell tours, ‘The Church in Victorian Times’ talk, Victorian clothes displayed and talk ‘Nickers and Nighties’ with plenty of children's activities, and ice cream and cake! Also 'Sunlight’ washing competition' as in 1897 Entry £1 or 50%! if in Victorian attire! Join us for a wonderful afternoon - we will all be amused!
